JOCO have been making travel glass coffee cups for over 12 years. In this time they have refined their technique. JOCO cups are hand blown to ensure a quality finish. Just compare their glass to other glass coffee cups on the market. You'll find most cheaper variations are either machine made (heavy) or too thin and therefore likely to break or have a bad seal with the lid causing leaks. Orders sent via our Express Delivery service will usually be dispatched that very same day via Royal Mail 1st Class Post (order before 1pm). Deliveries should arrive within a few days, but we do ask you to wait 7 working days before contacting us for assistance.
Economy Delivery service is by Royal Mail second class post and should arrive within 3-5 days.
International Delivery:
Europe delivery in 3-9 days
Rest of the World including USA in 7-14 days
Import Tax: Delivery outside the United Kingdom may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility, when they apply. You can consult your local customs office in advance to predict fees. Unfortunately Uberstar cannot advise you what these charges might be and we are not responsible for paying them.
