And how do you drink this ginger concentrate?
Quai Sud's 100% organic ginger concentrate is self-sufficient. You can drink it as it is, if you like the intense flavour of ginger, or diluted with water to soften its spiciness... Alcohol-free, but not without character! Soft drink lovers will appreciate it mixed with fruit juice, or ginger ale-style diluted in soda. In the colder months it makes a wonderful alternative to coffee, as a health-boosting spiced ginger drink when mixed with hot water.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
- After opening, place in the refrigerator and keep for 6 weeks.
Directions for use:
- Drink neat, as a health-boosting ginger shot
- Dilute with water (still or sparkling) for a long drink
- Combine with fruit juices (apple / lychee / banana).
- Mix with hot water in a mug for warm ginger drink
- As an accompaniment to your exotic dishes or desserts (toppings) to surprise your guests!
