Ingredients and recipes for each cocktail are listed below:
Mimosa

A mimosa needs no explanation but just in case…
Simply fill your champagne flutes with one half orange juice and one half prosecco.
Alcohol-free option: swap prosecco for fizzy or cloudy lemonade
French Cherry 75

Continuing with the fizz theme, but with a touch of class. Everyone will enjoy this cherry-inspired cocktail, best served in coupe glasses.
You’ll need:
Gin
Sparkling wine
Lemon juice
Maraschino cherries (jarred, with syrup)
Method:
Place your champagne coupes in the freezer for 5-10 minutes. Add the gin, lemon juice, and cherry syrup to a shaker, with ice. Shake well. Strain into your chilled glasses and top up with sparkling wine. Garnish with a couple of cherries on a cocktail pick.
Alcohol-free option: take out the gin and swap the sparkling wine for soda water. We also recommend adding elderflower pressé for an extra burst of flavour.
Mango Bellini

It’s a tropical spin on the classic peach bellini, step into the new year in style with a refreshing fizz in-hand.
To make 4 mango bellinis, you’ll need:
1 whole mango
Prosecco/champagne
Method:
Peel and dice the mango, pop it into a blender with 200ml champagne. Blend until smooth and divide between some champagne flutes.
Alcohol-free option: repeat the method, but swap champagne for an alcohol-free alternative, or sparkling lemonade.
Homemade limoncello
The classic after-dinner drink, this time to bid your guests a polite farewell. Think of it as a tasty reward to your guests that choose to stay all the way till the end of the party.
(Per 1 glass) you’ll need:
50ml vodka
25ml fresh lemon juice
15ml honey/honey syrup
