Orders under £40 - £3.99 2nd class / £5.99 1st class

What are your delivery times?

Second class deliveries will be delivered in 3-5 working days.

First class deliveries will be delivered in 1-2 working days.

Delivery times are not guaranteed and may differ during busy times periods such as Christmas.

How do I return an item?

Any unwanted item purchased from us may be returned to us for a refund or credit within 28 days. The product must be unused and in full retail condition. Please package up carefully and return to: Uberstar, 16 Dunsby Road, Milton Keynes, MK6 4AD. Please note the product price will be refunded in full. This does not include original postage fee or return postage. 

If the item is damaged or faulty, please contact us and we will advise you how to proceed.
