This February, the Uberstar team headed to Birmingham, to showcase their latest wholesale giftware range to independent gift shops, farm shops, home decor shops and online retailers.

‘Most Wanted’ at Spring Fair

Uberstar’s full range of products were showcased, most popular products included:

• Glassware - particularly our fish stacking glasses, gin glasses and champagne coupes

• Ice moulds - our penguin and cat novelty shapes proved popular

• Wine tools and accessories - the new wine cork remover pump turned heads, with lots of customers trialling the product with their next re-stock

• Insulated travel coffee cups - our leakproof radius travel cups proved popular thanks to their sturdy construction, leakproof ‘lock’ design and colour range

• Cocktail mixes - trending flavours included mojito, margarita and gin bramble

Success stories

Our fish stacking glasses have proven to be the most successful product of the year for lots of our stockists and demand has been so high that we’ve looked at introducing new colours very soon. The concept of being able to stack and save space in the kitchen, plus the striking look of the complete fish tower has drawn buyers to the product. 

We’ve also heard how our ice trays continue to perform well in cookshops and homeware shops, particularly our giant ice cube tray which is versatile in every way. Lots of customers use the giant tray, not only for ice, but for portioning sauces, stocks and baby food. They can also be used to create homemade pet treats, intricate chocolates, jellies, dessert portions… the list is endless!
