Chai White Russian

A twist on the classic white russian. This recipe combines chai and cinnamon to compliment the flavours of coffee and oats - staple ingredients for any winter drink.
Ingredients: 25ml coffee liqueur (Kahlua), 25ml chai syrup, 25ml vodka, 50ml coconut cream, 50ml oat milk, powdered cinnamon.
Method: Add the coffee liqueur and chai syrup into a glass with ice. To a shaker, add the vodka, coconut cream and oat milk with a small amount of ice and shake. Pour over the coffee-chai mix to create two layers and dust with cinnamon.
Chocolate Martini

A recipe that’s boozy and chocolate-y with a coffee after-taste? What’s not to love!
Ingredients: 50ml irish cream (Baileys), 25ml vodka, 75ml chocolate cream liqueur, 2 tbsp chocolate syrup.
Method: Drizzle a martini glass with 1tbsp chocolate syrup. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, irish cream, vodka, chocolate cream liqueur and 1tbsp chocolate syrup. Shake well and pour. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder to finish.
Blackberry & Apple Bramble

Inspired by the classic winter dessert, this cocktail combines sharp and sweet to create a deliciously balanced fruity blend.
Ingredients: 25ml blackberry liqueur (Chambord), 50ml gin, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml simple syrup, 50ml apple juice
Method: Add the blackberry liqueur to a glass with plenty of ice. To a cocktail shaker, add gin, lemon juice, apple juice, and simple syrup with ice. Shake well and pour into the glass, top up with soda and garnish with fresh blackberries.
Honey Whisky Sour

This recipe is a go-to cocktail when you’re feeling a little under the weather in the winter months. The combination of whisky and honey can be a great soother for sore throats and colds.
Ingredients: 50ml whisky, 25ml lemon juice, 25ml honey syrup (1:1 honey and warm water)
Method: Add all the ingredients to a glass with lots of ice, top up with cola or lemonade if you prefer a weaker whisky taste.
Champagne Punch

Unlike the above winter recipes, this recipe creates an entire punch bowl of warming winter goodness. This champagne punch will be enough to satisfy a party of up to 20. Like the title says, it truly packs a punch, so stick to small servings because the alcohol levels are strong!
Ingredients: 1 bottle of sparkling wine of choice (prosecco, cava, champagne), 250ml raspberry vodka, 100ml cranberry juice, 250ml orange juice, 250ml lemonade, chopped fresh strawberries, sliced oranges and raspberries
Method: Add all the ingredients together in a chilled punch bowl. Be sure to add the sparkling ingredients last for fresher bubbles, serve and enjoy.
