Acacia is a sustainable wood due to how rapid its trees grow back. It is known for its unique and attractive grain patterns. The colours contrast from light ambers to dark mahoganies - no two acacia boards will be the same!
Please note: whilst acacia is a hard wood, the food-safe varnish will naturally be susceptible to some scratching over time, if used with a sharp knife. This will not affect the function of the chopping board but may affect its appearance.
