Delivery Charges:
Economy Delivery (Royal Mail 2nd Class Post) £2.99
Express Delivery (Royal Mail 1st Class Post) £3.99
Orders sent via our Express Delivery Service will usually be dispatched that very same day via Royal Mail 1st Class Post (order before 2pm). Deliveries should arrive within a few days, but we do ask you to wait 7 working days before contacting us for assistance. Please note, Next Working Day Delivery is for orders placed before 2pm. If ordered on a Friday (before 2pm), goods may arrive on Monday, as it is the next working day.
In stock orders:
If an item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm (Monday-Friday) it will be despatched from our warehouse the same day, subject to security checks.
Orders placed after 2pm are processed and despatched the next working day.
Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.
During times of high demand there might be a delay on this promise, however we will endeavour to notify you before hand with messages either on the product page or homepage.
Out of Stock orders:
If a product is out of stock it will be mentioned on the product page with an approximate due date. You can place an order for it and we will despatch the item as soon as it is back in stock.
When you get to the checkout we will take your payment and delivery details but we will only charge your payment card once the goods are ready for despatch from our warehouse.
International Delivery:
We are happy to despatch international orders via Air Mail, the same policy as domestic orders applies with regards to in stock and out of stock orders.

You can consult your local customs office in advance fo predicted fees. Unfortunately Uberstar cannot advise you what these charges might be and we are not responsible for paying them.
