Cocktail Mix Carafe - Strawberry Mojito

In our cocktail mix you get all the ingredients you need to make this popular Cuban cocktail. Add the contents to 40cl of rum, give it a shake and leave to infuse for a hour. Once the rum is infused strain a double shot over ice in a highball glass, add soda water and sit back, relax and enjoy this refreshing cocktail. Makes 6-12 Strawberry Mojito cocktails.

We recommend that you mix the contents with rum straightaway, as once mixed, it will keep for 6 months and the longer you leave it to infuse the better the flavour. When you're ready for a cocktail, just pour a shot out and add ice and mixer.
